BRIEF INTRODUCTION
The drive drum is a component that transmits power in a conveyor.
Drive drums are classified by manufacturing materials into three types: steel plate rolled and welded, cast steel, and cast iron.
By structural type, they are classified into three types: assembled web type, spoke type, and integral web type.
Additionally, the drum surface has types such as smooth surface, rubber-covered, and cast rubber.
Among them, the steel plate welded assembled web type cast rubber drum is most widely used.
Exposed smooth surface drums can be used for small power, small belt width, and dry environments.
Rubber-covered drums have a large friction coefficient, good anti-slip properties, and good drainage, but have directionality.
Cast rubber drums are used for conveyors with bidirectional operation.

High rigidity thick steel shell, resistant to impact and heavy pressure, not easy to deform
Precision shaft processing, smooth rotation, low running resistance
Optional rubber/cermic lagging: improve friction factor, reduce belt slippage
Anti-rust painting & anti-corrosion treatment, adapt to outdoor & harsh environment
Easy maintenance, convenient disassembly and replacement, reduce downtime cost
Customized types, diameter, length, shaft size, lagging thickness, surface material, bearing and housing, and load capacity according to customer conveyor parameters.
