We provide design, casting and precision machining service for marine propellers. Manufactured from high-performance nickel-aluminum bronze Cu3, Cu4 and Cu1, our product range includes Fixed Pitch Propellers (FPP), Controllable Pitch Propellers (CPP), hub vortex absorbed fins, hub bodies and other appendages.
Our propellers are suitable for tankers, container ships, bulk carriers, engineering vessels, patrol boats and high-speed crafts. Single propeller maximum diameter reaches 12m with casting weight up to 120 tons.
With complete production equipment and mature casting technology, we strictly control every procedure from moulding, casting, machining to polishing. Our propellers deliver excellent seawater corrosion resistance, high propulsion efficiency and stable running performance.

Testing Equipment


In terms of testing and production equipment, the company has introduced advanced testing equipment for material chemical composition, mechanical properties, and metallographic analysis to ensure that the quality of every product meets the highest standards. At the same time, the company is also equipped with a series of high-end production equipment such as machining centers, CNC boring and milling machines, CNC horizontal lathes, CNC vertical lathes, and heat treatment furnaces. The propeller blades are cut and processed using CNC machines, and advanced processing techniques ensure high precision and high performance of the blades. This provides a strong guarantee for achieving the performance indicators of the propeller and ensures that the product can perform optimally in practical applications.
