The anchors fit various seabed substrates including mud, silt, sand, clay and gravel. Different anchor types can be selected to match working water depth, seabed conditions and vessel tonnage.

Cast steel ZG200-400C / ZG230-450H; Forged Q345C high tensile steel available for selection.

Precision casting or integral forging; full penetration welding for welded HHP anchors; overall heat treatment & high-frequency quenching to achieve high hardness and impact resistance.

· Excellent Performance: 

High holding power-to-weight ratio; stable penetration into seabed; strong anti-overturn capability; reliable gripping performance.

· Marine Anti-corrosion: 

Surface treatments include black bitumen paint, anti-rust paint, hot-dip galvanizing, customized coating solutions.

Nominal weight covers 40kg up to 46000kg; custom dimensions and weights are acceptable.

· Class Society Certified: 

Products can be certified by CCS, ABS, BV, LR, NK, RINA, DNV-GL, KR and other mainstream classification societies.

· Easy Operation & Storage: 

Optimized structural design for smooth anchor lifting; most stockless anchors fit standard ship anchor hawsepipe, avoiding hull plate damage during retrieval.
