Shark jaw is a widely used marine safety equipment for various types of ships. lts main function is to hold the cable or

steel rope tightly, preventing the cable, steel rope, and anchor chain from sliding.

The shark jaw device consists of a shark jaw installed on the stern deck, a cable blocking pile, a tail drum, a hydraulic

pump station, and an electrical control system.The shark jaw device designed by AGOS for the three purpose tugboat is

responsible for three major tasks: towing, anchoring, and supply.In order to safely, quickly, and effectively carry out anchor

lifting operations for drilling platfoms, the newly designed three purpose tugboats are all equipped with shark pliers devices.
