Side thruster and pull-type azimuth thruster provide flexible lateral and 360-degree omnidirectional thrust. Electric Propulsion Structure
Azimuthing pod, large electric propulsor steel frame and trunk section are heavy-load structural foundations for electric pod propulsion. Strictly controlled welding deformation, high structural rigidity to withstand thrust, bending and offshore impact loads. Precision interface dimensions ensure accurate assembly with thruster pods and hull structures. Anti-corrosion surface treatment for continuous submerged service.
Marine Structural Parts
Custom-fabricated cast & welded marine structures including rudder horn, propeller nozzle, stern section, ramp, crane cylinder and special fishing-boat auxiliary equipment. High mechanical strength to bear heavy-duty hull, steering and deck operation loads. Dimensional accuracy meets hull outfitting requirements. Available for custom drawings, with full NDT inspection for welding and casting joints. Supports special-purpose functional parts for fishing vessels, ro-ro ships and working boats.
